RTL775, KYY 745, on route 24 to Pimlico. This looks like Tottenham Court Road but confirmation or otherwise would be appreciated.

Former London Transport RTL1050 was owned by Continental Pioneer wheen this shot was taken at South Croydon during an HCVC rally. Note the dent at the corner of the roof. Had it tried to negotiate something shorter in stature during its sojourn in Paris?

A nice line-up of early liveried RTL's awaiting their return journeys at Whipsnade zoo in the summer of 1950. The indicator blinds make interesting reading with the destinations visible being Clapham Common, Barking and Hammersmith Bdy.

This is possibly not the place to tell the full tale of RTL1307, LYR 935, but suffice to say that it and two RT's were refitted in early 1952 for an extensive summer tour of the USA and Canada during the ensuing summer months. This shot was taken shortly before their departure and a later upload will depict a frontal shot of the three of them lined up. RTL1307 was fitted out as an exhibition on the upper deck and as an office on the ground floor so to speak. This photo was taken on the forecourt of Earls Court at the Commercial Motor Show. Note the plethora of licence plates.
